Processing & Shipment:

Current processing time is 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) This time may vary for large orders and some select items.

Items ship via USPS First Class Mail, with the option to upgrade to Priority. 

*shipping times are estimates given by the post office and are not guaranteed

An upgrade to Priority shipping does not affect the processing time

** If items are needed by a specific date, please contact me prior to ordering, to ensure I can meet your time frame**

Return Policy:

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 10 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on Sale
